Paid position starting ASAP 12 hours/week

More about this position
As DH@UVA Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing the regular weekly content of UVA's digital humanities portal/website and for creating event posters and flyers. You will need to write pithy, succinct project descriptions and compress the importance of an event into a few words for an academic audience. This position also requires that you be well organized, with a history of successful employment in a detail-oriented role. Finally, you should be familiar with photo-editing software and have a good eye for pictorial composition.
